L-RTM method
Significant reduction in mold costs compared to molds! Since preform machines are not required, capital investment is inexpensive.
Our company employs the "L-RTM method." This molding technique involves laying down a substrate on the CAV type (lower mold), covering it with the COR type (upper mold), creating a vacuum state for clamping, and utilizing the suction force of the vacuum to inject resin. The term "Light" used here indicates a simplified and quantitative meaning, characterized by the ability to produce using simple molds and lightweight equipment, without the need for conventional large-scale mold structures and gun equipment. A wide variety of materials can be selected. 【Features】 ■ Can be operated by a small number of people ■ Significant reduction in mold production time ■ Substantial reduction in mold costs compared to traditional molds ■ Does not require skilled techniques ■ Shorter molding cycle compared to hand lay-up, allowing for reduced molding costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
